I am a second-year student at the University of Nottingham studying Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience. My academic journey has led to a passion for wanting to use data-drive solutions to advance healthcare and improve patient outcomes.

I’m dedicated to pursuing a career at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and research to address medical complexities and make a tangible difference in people’s lives. Therefore, I am eager to explore the realm of health data research through this internship. With a strong sense of commitment and desire for a career where I can make a positive impact, I hope to gain hands-on experiences on my journey to realising my specific aspirations in health data research.

Recent explorations into pharmacogenomics have caused me to have an interest in the potential of personalised medicine to revolutionise treatment strategies. Other areas of health data research that I am captivated are patient-generated health data and nanomedicine.
